Tips to make the delicious Samosa


Everyone likes to eat samosa and if the

 is made at home, the taste goes beyond the limit. Here are some tips to make perfect and delicious samosa so that you can make delicious samosa at home according to your taste.



  • Knead a perfect and slightly tight dough. The dough should not be too soft and not too tight.
  • Use lukewarm water to knead the dough. To avoid excess water in the dough, add water gradually to knead the dough so that you will get a perfect dough.
  • Apply some oil on the dough, cover it with a wet cloth and keep it for half an hour before using.
  • Add celery while making the dough to enhance the taste.
  • Don't keep the flame high while frying the samosas. If you fry the samosas at high heat then the samosa will fry from outside but you will feel a bit raw from inside.
  • Heat the oil on high heat, but before frying the samosas, reduce the heat and fry it on medium heat.
